1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The sales contract is concluded with Golden Juice GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before sending your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. A binding contract can also be concluded as follows beforehand:

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices there are shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers. You have in principle the possibility of the collection with Golden Juice GmbH, Olper Straße 10-12, 51491 Overath-Untereschbach, Germany to the business hours indicated in the following: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 except on public holidays. We do not deliver to packing stations.

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
The debit of the purchase price from your account takes place with conclusion of the order.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
We also offer instant bank transfer. We receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to merchants, SOFORT makes an automated and real-time bank transfer to your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. If you choose the payment method IMMEDIATELY Transfer, a prefilled form opens at the end of the order process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the amount to be transferred and the intended purpose are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when you registered for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will then immediately receive confirmation of the transaction. In principle, any Internet user can use instant bank transfer as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that some banks do not yet offer instant bank transfer. With Amazon Payments, you can pay using the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account. All you need is your Amazon credentials. You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information on how to get to the payment provider's site during the ordering process.
Cash payment upon collection
You can pay cash for your goods when you pick them up.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damages
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply. The limitation period for warranty claims for used goods is one year from delivery of the goods. The aforementioned restrictions and shortening of periods shall not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
